The building is located on the corner between two streets next to a small square adjacent to a historic park of a fifteenth century villa. Current industrial shed will be demolished to give room to an energy efficient structure. The house is divided into four distinct volumes assembled around the internal paths, and for this reason, the project’s name features the attribute “composed in 4 quarters”.
